Over that time, Arn personally managed his own rental portfolio and is now transitioning that portfolio towards passive investing and larger multifamily properties.
Spark Investment Group was created in 2014 to help individuals invest passively in real estate and to create additional income streams while freeing up their time to pursue their passions.
