It’s the end of another year packed with education and information, and it’s time for the Carolinas REIA (CREIA) team to thank our amazing community (that’s you!) with food, networking, bargains, and fun!
Our December main meeting is a holiday party with lots of networking and socializing. Enjoy a meal, build relationships with your fellow investors, watch a magic show, celebrate community recognitions, enjoy the best worst deal presentation, win prizes, participate in the silent auction, and MORE! Open to members and guests!

5:30-7:00 p.m. Dinner, Networking, Contests and Silent Auction
Hang out and meet your next buyer, seller, partner, agent—who knows?
There’ll be a dinner buffet, drinks, and come so you’ll get the first shot at our silent auction items, with books, home study courses, and more.
Top bidder takes ‘em home...usually cheap! (Silent auction to benefit Hurricane Fred Flood Victims and/or Vanishing Wheelchair.)
We’ll also have a holiday networking contest, and more…
7:00-8:30 p.m. Magic Show, Member of the Month, Volunteer and Community Awards, Plus, 2021 Deal Awards
It’s a jam-packed evening. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., enjoy the Vanishing Wheelchair Magic Show featuring CREIA Member TJ Shimeld and Ricky Boone. They have put together a very special 30-minute magic show just for our holiday party!
Next, celebrate our Member of the Month, Corina Casanova. Plus, we’ll honor volunteers and members who’ve implemented and demonstrated the defining values of community: sharing, ethics, devotion to constant education, and more; if you have a nominee, let us know at membership@creianc.com. Finally, this is the most wonderful time of the year when we get to hear our fellow members talk about their biggest triumphs and greatest tragedies—and then we get to judge them!
We’ll hear from CREIANC.org members in 4 categories: Best Deal, Worst Deal, Best Deal by a New Investor and Most Creative Deal, and Worst Deal. Then we’ll vote on the winner in each category and send the winner home with an awesome plaque and bragging rights for a whole year.

Cleaning Out Your Garage? Donate to Our Silent Auction
Do you have real estate-related books, courses, audios, tools, or other things you’d like to get out of your garage and into someone else’s?
Donate them to our silent auction! Just bring them to the meeting by 5:30 on December 13th, and we’ll use them to raise money for the all-important victims of Hurricane Fred and/or Vanishing Wheelchair.
Plus, bring $10 worth of new socks for the homeless to earn $5.00 in REIA Bucks (Please note REIA Bucks have no cash value).
