ALFIE is a real estate collateral-based lender specializing in creative solutions for individuals looking to purchase or refinance a variety of real estate investments. At ALFIE, we recognize that traditional financing isn't always an option or may not be the right fit for your needs. You may be looking for terms a bank can't offer. You may need your money fast. You may have less-than-perfect credit.

That's why we have alternatives.

ALFIE loans are real estate collateral-based. Terms are flexible, with three months to two years for repayment. Best of all, our interest rates are competitive and you can get your money quickly so you can close quickly.

Basic Loan Terms:

  • Loans ranging from $100,000 - $5M+
  • Term can be from 3 months to 24 months with possible renewal
  • 3 month minimum interest payment
  • Current interest rate 11%
  • Minimum 10% down payment

    Max Lending Limits:
  • Up to 65% LTV/ARV on NOO Residential Projects
  • Up to 65% LTV/ARV on Commercial Projects
  • Up to 50% LTV on Land Acquisition
  • Up to 50% Equity Cash Out Loans on Real Estate

Rossi McDonald was born in Santiago, Chile and raised around the world where she studied abroad at several international schools. She attended Taipei Chengshih University of Science and Technology where she studied different languages and cultures. She helped open a school in China and was a teacher of early learning and character-building courses. After returning to the U.S. in 2014, Rossi settled near Asheville, North Carolina with her family. Rossi earned her real estate Broker’s license in 2017 and is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and HRA (Haywood Realtors Association). Rossi is married and is the mother of three children, Seth, Evelyn, and Judah.
