Offer deals, money to borrow/lend, items to barter, skills to trade, etc., and try to match with someone who has what you need or needs what you have. Members of CREIA in Asheville, NC and UCREIA in Greenville, SC may participate free in this MEMBERS only forum.  If you are not a member of either CREIA or UCREIA, please join to participate in this and all other events we have to offer. You *MUST pre-register to participate. 

We have a Google Docs form to use, so you can input your contact info and HAVES, NEEDS and WANTS. This link is available in the confirmation email after you pre-register through your account via the CREIANC.org website.  Only attendees will receive a copy of the Google worksheet after the meeting. 

Prior to and during the meeting, you can add items to the form such as property for sale or in search of, amounts of money you have to lend or need to borrow, offering to partner or seeking partners on a deal and terms, items for sale/barter/use as down payment (work truck/van, tools, rehab supplies you don't need), skills you have or need (help with QuickBooks, marketing, talking to seller, getting organized, laying LVT, rehab tasks, estimating rehab costs, etc)

The idea is to "Use what you HAVE to Get what you NEED to Get what you WANT", said by the Great Negotiator/Deal Maker Pete Fortunato. 

Simple example:  You have a work truck worth $7K.  You need $7K for a down payment on a property with seller financing.  Seller does not want your truck, but someone in the group does and pays you $7K.  You use the $7K you now HAVE as your NEEDED down payment on the house, which is what you WANTED.  Now use that example and fill in the blanks on many variations of HNW.

We will meet virtually twice a month on 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 9:00 AM.
