Andy Strauss is founder and managing partner of Strauss Attorneys PLLC in Asheville, NC. He graduated Cum Laude from Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He received his Masters also from University of Pennsylvania and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a member of Who’s Who in American Law, the NC Bar Association, the FL Bar Association, Land of Sky Council on Estate Planning Attorneys, Mission Healthcare Foundation, Cornerstone Strategic Return Fund, and Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund. He has been recognized for multiple years as a Top Rated Lawyer in Trust & Estates by American Lawyer and Martindale-Hubbell. He has been an adjunct professor of Business Law at University of North Carolina Asheville and speaks frequently at seminars and symposia for attorneys. His areas of expertise are in estate planning and trusts, asset protection, and business succession. He currently lives in Asheville with his wife. He has two daughters and one grandson.
