• Teresa Karnezis - rehabber extraordinaire & one of the top 5 speakers at the CREIANC Real Estate Investors' Summit this past April!
• Michael Outar - Started his investing career in 2017 without real estate investing experience.  He began by obtaining his GC license, which gave him the legal wherewithal to conduct his own fix & flips.  When he had acquired enough land & capital, he started building multifamily rentals for long term holds.  He currently manages his rental portfolio & his current project involves building more duplexes.  He has started to build for fellow investors, & would like to delve into notes investing & private money lending in the near future.
• Manuel Roman - Started flipping houses in June 2019, with occasional stints of wholesaling to build cash reserves for more flip projects.  Currently invests in fix & flips, buy & hold properties, & notes.  Lead a presentation on Wholesaling at Triad REIA's Lunch & Learn two weeks ago in Greensboro.  Before real estate investing, he was an accountant, then a construction worker where he learned a lot about rehabbing houses. He grew up in Hendersonville & has earned two bachelor's degrees. Of his success he says, "Real estate is life for me."
• Robert Dayton (from UCREIA!) - President & Founder of Houses & Then Some Inc., a Real Estate Services company based in Greenville, SC in their 19th year of business. H&TSI specializes in Residential Property Management, operating hundreds of properties in 6 counties of Upstate South Carolina. Services also include Realty listing services & buyer representation, as well as maintenance, rehab services, & tenant placement.  He has been a Landlord for 30 years, & is an experienced wholesaler, deal maker, manager, & leader.
