CREIANC's 8th Focus Group aims to hone your skills as a Notes Buyer to help you create passive income!
David Kahl will meet with you on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6pm to teach you the nuances of Notes Buying.

What is Note Buying in Real Estate? 
Real estate notes are created when a property buyer finances the purchase of their property through a mortgage loan. The mortgage note is then sold to an investor, and the proceeds from the sale are used to fund the loan. The investor becomes the lender, and the property owner becomes the borrower.

 

A long-time member of CREIANC & real estate investor, David will answer your questions & point you in the right direction.
