Secret Negotiation Strategies: Getting YES for a Win-Win with Coach Chad Carson

It has been two years since successful real estate investor, Coach Chad Carson has spoken to our CREIA community. He’s back! Carolina Real Estate Investors Association, Inc. is excited to announce Coach Chad Carson, who will speak at the Tuesday, November 17^th main meeting, beginning at 6:30 pm to share the secrets to his success, including new negotiation strategies to get to YES for a win-win.

Chad Carson is not your typical speaker, a slick dude in the iridescent blue suit flashing a diamond ring and a Rolex. He is the exact opposite. “Affable, approachable, authentic” aptly describe this young man, who has built his real estate portfolio and lifestyle around the things he most wanted in his life: a way to creatively build wealth and provide freedom for his family to travel and broaden their lives. Starting fresh out of Clemson College, living frugally and finding deals for others (wholesaling), Chad built his financial independence through tried-and-true strategies and has created enough passive income to be able to retire at 37, write a book, Retire Early with Real Estate, and take his family for a 17 month stay in Ecuador so that his daughters could experience a new culture and learn to speak Spanish fluently.

Coach Carson is a real estate investor, world traveler, father of two beautiful children and husband to his wife & adventure partner.

Chad Carson has Three Main Beliefs:

1. Invest in Real Estate.
2. Retire Early.
3. Do What Matters!

Coach became an entrepreneur in 2003 right out of college with $1,000 in the bank.  He had to hustle every day just to put food on the table.  But when he finally learned to acquire and profit from real estate investment properties, the rat race of working for dollars finally began to slow down. And it eventually allowed him to retire early (i.e. working for money is optional).

For the month of November, all meetings will remain online. If we can meet face-to-face, members will be notified.
